Whistler Hotel Package Cancellation Policy

Summer & Early Ski Season
  • Cancellations made within 14 days prior to check-in result in full penalty No refund. NO EXCEPTION. (We strongly recommend to our customers to purchase cancellation or travel insurance as there are no refunds for early departures, weather conditions, illness or injury.)

  • Cancellation made prior to 14 days will be subject to $20.00 cancellation fee per person

  • No changes

Winter Season
  • Cancellations made within 45 days prior to check-in result in full penalty No refund. NO EXCEPTION. (We strongly recommend to our customers to purchase cancellation or travel insurance as there are no refunds for early departures, weather conditions, illness or injury.)
  • Cancellation made prior to 45 days will be subject to $20.00 cancellation fee per person
  • No changes

Listel Hotel:

a. November 22 to December 26, 2007 and from March 30 to April 30, 2008

i. NO minimum stays required

b. December 27, 2007 to March 29, 2008

i. Three (3) Nights stay required for stays Sunday through Friday.

ii. Five (5) nights stay required for any reservation staying on a Saturday

 


 

Hotel Package Cancellation Policy (All other hotels)

  • Cancellations made within 5 days prior to check-in result in full penalty
  • Cancellation made prior to 5 days will be subject to $20.00 cancellation fee per person
  • Changes made at any time (outside 24 hours) are subject to $10.00 change fee per person for any changes made to a reservation, plus any new fees as a result of the change
    - if the change results in a higher fare the change fee is waved
  • Any changes made within 24 hours of departure are considered a cancellation and will result in the full cancellation penalty (No refund).

 


 

Sightseeing Reservations Cancellation Policy

  • No show fee (100%) & cancellation within 24 hours (50%)
  • Cancellations are permitted outside 24 hours of departure for a full refund
  • Changes are permitted up until the day of departure for no penalty
  • All reservations require a credit card guarantee, if customers are paying by cash upon pickup, the credit card will not be charged. If the customers no-show for their pickup, their guarantee credit card payment will be charged per the above fees.
